Refund policy

Because our journals are printed on demand — each one produced when you order it — we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us at help@childsafetysupply.org within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If your order never arrives, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
