How long does shipping take?
Each journal is printed on demand, meaning it is produced when you order it. Please allow about two weeks for production and delivery unless the checkout estimate for your destination indicates otherwise. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Can I expedite my order?
Print-on-demand production requires processing time before shipment. If you have a hard deadline, we recommend ordering well in advance.
Where do you ship?
Shipping availability is based on the destination options currently available at checkout. Enter your shipping address during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because each journal is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
Bulk & institutional orders
Can my school, agency, or organization order in bulk?
Yes. We work with schools, agencies, childcare organizations, nonprofits, and other institutions on quantity orders and purchase-order processes. Contact us with your quantity and timeline.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?
